Patient Data in the MyScript App

The MyScript App is used by pharmacists and other healthcare professionals (our “clients”) to handle patient requests for repeat prescriptions. Our clients will enter personal data relating to their patients into the MyScript App.

We offer the MyScript App as a platform to our clients but we do not have control over the use of patient data within the App. We act as a data processor on behalf of our clients, and we act strictly on their instructions in relation to this data.

If you are a patient and you believe that we are processing your personal data, we would recommend that you contact your pharmacist (or the relevant data controller) with any queries about how your data is used. However, if you do wish to Contact Us, we will endeavour to assist in any way we can.

The remainder of this privacy policy relates to personal data that we control, relating to our website visitors, clients and other contacts.
